Not quite midnight...

It's actually only 9:08 but I'm so tired after spending the evening with my family, not to mention the day and a half cleaning my apartment and getting ready for dinner. However, despite the early hour and the lack of freshly falling snow, it certainly was peaceful staring up at the night sky this Christmas Eve. There were too many clouds to see any stars but the sky was a delightful colour with the city lights reflecting off the clouds. My pictures of the actual sky turned out completely black - I even tried a flash (give me a break, I'm tired...). However this outside my building and it turned out to be a pretty groovy picture if I do say so myself.

Then there are pictures like this. No matter what time of year, some things are just....wrong.

I second Kelly on this - what the hell is that?

Glad you got to see the night sky at Christmas though.

Why is Mister Bean wearing aluminum foil and running around with a guy in a leather speedo? I may have nightmares now! I'm definately gonna have to burn my granddaughter's Mister Bean dvd set!
