I'm so LOST

Darn you, Coyote, darn you and your recommendations. And darn you, ladies at work, who used to discuss weird plot lines during our breaks. And to think that I used to scoff at and mock you all. Darn you for being so right.

In case you haven't figured it out. I've instantly become hooked on LOST. I used to make fun of this show and couldn't understand what everyone saw in it. Well, I finally caved and had Rogers send me the first few episodes of season 1. I've now watched the two-part series premier and am halfway throw "Tabula Rasa". I must say that I keep getting creeped out and am loving it. When they translated the repeating French message.....shivers. It was awesome. And the Japanese couple? What's up with them? Sayid - love 'im. Charlie - love 'im. Hurley - love 'im. Even the characters that make your skin crawl - love 'em. Oh dear. I've got a lot of catching up to do before the new season starts.

So, thanks WC. Thank you ladies from work. But why oh why didn't anyone MAKE me watch just ONE episode when it first started?????

Another convert - excellent!! And it just keeps getting better and better.

You have a while to catch up; season 4 doesn't begin till January sometime: 112 days, 1 hour, 2 minutes, 40 seconds!

I tried it but couldn't get into it. I decided I'd had enough during the episode with the hobbit. You know, when he was playing guitar for the nuns, or something.

I felt I was being taken for a ride, and I could stay on for another 356 episodes until nothing is resolved (because it seemed they were making it up as they go along) or tune out. I tuned out.

I find most TV dramas excessively drawn out: Prison Break, Rescue Me, Lost, Heroes, 24... Whatever happened to leaving you hungry for more?!

i used to be forced to watch lost when i worked nights. i was mildly into it, but then the plot got too ridiculous and i moved to days.

Jesus, Scout! Everywhere I go this morning, you are accusing me of cheating! I fully expect you to go back to all the blogs you accused me on and make a full apology!

I can understand people's frustration with LOST, but I still love it.

YES! A convert!! Welcome to the wonderful world of not knowing what the hell is going on.
It only gets better. The season 1 finale will blow your mind.
I've been re-watching season 1, and I can assure you there IS a coherent story unfolding from the very beginning.
