One Down...how many more to go?

One of the holiday skull hats has been completed. Only two days...not bad for me. However, my hands and shoulders are super sore from doing almost nothing but knitting, playing Scrabulous, and watching playoff football that I might have to take a bit of a break tomorrow. Ok, well, I'll start the next hat tomorrow but that's it. I'd love to have all three hats finished by next weekend.

What's that? Oh did I fail to mention that after discussing the present situation for the parental units with my sister in law, we came to the conclusion that I'd make three hats instead of two? Why not, I have no life anyway ... tee hee. Now I just have to find the right shade of purple for my stepmom's hat.

Ignore the weird brim situation, that'll be fixed once I wash and shape it.

What an amazing pattern. It looks a little challenging for me, but maybe one day.

Hi SP. The pattern is actually not too difficult (I'd classify myself as beginner-beginner/intermediate knitter). I'll be posting a link to the pattern and the accompanying mittens later today. I have to admit that when I've knitted the hat and the mittens, I end up modifying the patterns - the way the creators do the brim baffles me (and I find the original mitten pattern too small).

That cap is awesome!!! I am totally impressed. My mom who has been knitting for years and years knit me a hat I will never wear. It looks like a baby blanket turned odd hat. But this is seriously cool.

Those are really adorable. It almost (but not quite) makes me wish I knit.
