The original creation - Chili Prawn Linguini
Shea and Andy's attempt at recreating Chez AsteRed's masterpiece.

FYI: I HATE having my picture taken or being on camera - what the hell was that thing I did with my neck at the end? Sheesh! And, I talk funny in front of the camera. I'm far more relaxed and easy going behind the lens. Don't expect to see much of me on camera on Sunday...I'll probably get the Admiral to do the actual cooking and I'll direct.

You're gorgeous!! It's so cool to put not only a face to a name, but a voice, too.

I never even thought of video blogging...I have the capability now with the new camera and all...Maybe I should put something together...Breadbaking tutorial? No, that's banal...HM. Maybe I should take requests????

You ARE Garcia from Criminal Minds! So cute, and such beautiful teeth.

I am sooooo looking forward to seeing how this one turns up! Have you ever tried it with the right ingredients? Cause I remember you saying that you had substituted aubergines with chicken -- which, of course, makes it something quite other than rigatoni alla Norma!

Anyway, best of luck for Sunday. Can't wait to see the video!

Wa-hey for the Captain. Your audience awaits...

*Asterisk: Wa-hey? I'll have to look that one up...

Red: I am, am I? Hmmm, I'll have to check out this show now. I haven't made it with the eggplant yet...the admiral wasn't too keen on the idea so this time I'm going to use peppers/onions which we both love. I figured the "Norma" had something to do with the ingredients. Ah well, I'll have to rename it if it turns out! I'm sure it'll be delicious and I promise not to pull anything from the garbage!

Coyote: I think a breadbaking tutorial would be great. Or anything else you'd like to do. I thought that if this one works out, I'd get people to send me some of their favourite recipes and I'd try to recreate them just like Shea/Andy did. Who knows, could be the next series here on the Swiftsure...

Look how cute you are! And you've pretty much got perfect teeth. I should hate you, but I think you're actually pretty awesome (and brave).

Hey, cutie - what gorgeous skin, teeth and pretty hair and lovely dark eyes - you shouldna' fear the camera, your personality came through wonderfully - I'm excited for your new venture - will tune in tomorrow!!!

Hmmmm, wonder if I should attempt a granny-cam? Perhaps you will pioneer new vistas for us. I did one for the grandkids a couple of years ago - they still are laughing.

Your film came across of really good quality.......
