I highly recommend you wait at least 1 full hour after eating hamburger helper before going running. Trust me.

I actually like to exercise on an empty stomach. I know you're not supposed to, but I get indigestion otherwise.

Dr. M: Tuna helper instead? Avoiding it altogether is the smartest idea but I have to admit that I actually enjoy the HH - I add red pepper, onion, and frozen veggies to mine to make it more palatable.

Barbara: Not you too? At least it's not Crap Dinner. Ugh. I had considered exercising on an empty stomach this morning but I tend to feel very sick if I don't eat within the first hour of getting up. And, well, it was there left over from last night...taunting me with it's cheesy goodness.

I like the photo you found for your post. That was cute. Anyway I rather enjoy a good box of HH myself. We have a favorite of the Bacon Chesseburger one.
