A Good Sign for the Democrats?

Seems there's trouble a-brewing within the Republican party. Two guesses who it's about... Darn it. You got it in one guess. That's right, Sarah Palin. Seems she's not been reading from the pre-approved Pro-McCain script like everyone thought she would and her words are getting her into a spot of trouble with McCain's staff and advisors. A few of them seem to think she's grooming herself to be the next leader of the Republican party and perhaps even running for President in 2012. Oh lordy help us all. If you need proof that Caribou Barbie (sorry, couldn't resist) is not ready to be president, vice-president or anything else that carries any real power, read the article. It claims that McCain insiders "insisted that she needed time to be briefed on national and international issues and on McCain's record." and that her "lack of fundamental understanding of some key issues was dramatic". Sweet be-jeesus what was McCain thinking when he choose her?

McCain strikes me as some kind of dork collector. "Oh, that person is completely unfit for public life and knows less about foreign affairs than my dog? Maybe I'll add him/her to my cabinet."
