Cafepress - You disappoint me

The saga of the t-shirts I ordered back in December is still on-going. It originally took them a little longer than the estimated delivery time to arrive but I was super impressed with the fact that they were going to ship me replacements for my "missing" order right away at no cost to me. Super duper fantastic. Fortunately my shirts arrived the very next day so there was no need. However, just like a bunch of other people, I discovered the sizes on their website were not very accurate and was going to have to ship them back and reorder the next size up. Fortunately, the excellent service continued. They offered to ship me two new shirts in the next size up ... again free of charge. I didn't even have to return the original shipment! Who does that? Well, Cafepress apparently. And so, ever since they told me on January 21st that they would send me the new order ASAP, I have been waiting patiently, checking the mailbox and hoping they would arrive and fit perfectly. It is now almost a month later and my poor mailbox remains empty. I have sworn an oath that if the shirts don't arrive today, I'm contacting them...AGAIN. The whole point of ordering the shirts back in December was so that I would have them in plenty of time for my trip. At this rate, they won't arrive until after I get back. I'm one sad captain...

I've always received their replacement Ts within days of CafePress saying they would send them out. Contact them, by all means, but don't be disappointed in them just yet!

How do they manage to make any money when they have to keep shipping out free shirts? They really should re-examine their sizing.

I feel you on the waiting pain. It's been over three weeks that I have been without a power cord for my laptop.

I'd give them till the end of the week, then email. It may be Canada Post - they can be ridiculously slow at times.
