I'm having crappy luck with my book list it seems. Yesterday, I made a trip to the library and brought home three books, two of which were on my list for this summer. All three are going back. Scratched off my list? Justinian's Flea and Small Gods. I also picked up a copy of The Brothers Karamazov which sounds like an interesting tale but I'm just not in the right place to try and tackle it at this time. I think, like my experience with Crime and Punishment, I'm just going to have to buy a copy and read it in small bits over a long period. In the meantime however I now have to search out two replacements. Come on Amazon, big recommendations, big recommendations, no whammies!
