Sorry, haven't updated for a few days. It's been busy. Mom and I did a bike workout together on Sunday and discovered that the difference in the two bikes in our "gym" is that one's in miles, the other one is in kilometres. Ahhhh, it makes so much sense now. We even amped up the time by a few minutes - total 40 minutes compared to my usual 33. Yippee!

Had an interview on Monday - no workout. My body collapsed in on itself immediately afterwards. Went to bed at 6PM and slept for 10 hours. I never do that. Awoke with a massive migraine. No work for me today. Ate a piece of leftover pizza and went back to bed for 2 more hours.

By dinnertime I was feeling much better - ate a big fairly healthy meal (possibly too much salt for me). Afterwards, I got the urge to workout so I hopped on the treadmill and felt immediately better: energized, powerful, lively. Thank goodness my headache had disappeared late this afternoon. 62 minutes later, I had walked 5K. Yee haw, bitches, eat my dust!

I don't know why I felt the urge to yell that right now or use profanity...maybe I shouldn't have worked out so late in the day.
