Still coughing and having a "little" trouble breathing now and then but the voice has almost returned and overall, I’m feeling closer to my normal self. My appetite has returned and I’m feeling antsy about how inactive I’ve been for the past 2 ½ weeks. My feet are getting twitchy to get back on that treadmill or, on mild weather days, get outside and go for an actual walk. I think I’m just about physically ready to do it! My only real concern is the congestion in my chest – too much heavy breathing (ha ha ha!) and I feel winded really quickly. However, thanks to the near constant nagging of my friend A, I’m off to see the doctor on Monday. Doubtful at this point that there’s much he can do but at least I’ll be added to the “official” numbers of flu cases in the province!

Glad to hear you are feeling somewhat better.
Using stars is a great way to visualize your progress. I've started marking off my workout days on the calendar in an attempt to do the same. Aiming for 15/month.
I had trouble finding star stickers (who would have thought!) so I ended up with some smiley faces in different colours. My system is a bit more complex than the one RedStar posted but I'm excited to see all these little stickers all over the place!
15/month is a great goal!
