I can't call this training, at least not this week. I awoke on Sunday feeling not very well so instead of my scheduled 6 miles, I hopped on the treadmill and walked 3. And that was the extent of my week. Yep, just the one day of walking. No running, no other treadmill walks, nothing. Blech.
